LY-HB3000CQ is a fully automatic and intelligent machine mainly used to manufacture rigid boxes which is consisted of a cover paper and an inner box, such as gift boxes, phone boxes, big boxes, jewelry boxes, pull up boxes, chocolate boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, chopstick boxes, etc.
The machine can produce the lid boxes and bottom boxes at the same time with the speed up to 60 pcs/min. There're two feeders for paper feeding and one side can be taken off and one side is able to work singly.

1. The equipment adopts high-precision visual positioning parts with the accuracy of ±0.05mm.
2. Adopts YAMAHA robot arm,could automatically fetch the inner box to the required position accurately.
3. The whole equipment uses intelligent PLC control and features in simple operation and friendly human-machine interface.
4. This equipment is suitable for the production of mobile phone boxes,cosmetics boxes,jewelry boxes,moon cake boxes,tea boxes and other boxes.
5. With the production speed up to 60pcs/min.
6. The equipment can produce lid and tray at the same time,saving space.The production balance rate of rigid boxes reaches 100%.
